CEO, President & Director

Sean Kingsley

Mr. Kingsley is a mining investor, communicator, educator and entrepreneur. He has 17 years experience specializing in corporate development, corporate strategy, strategic marketing, investor relations and corporate communications, advising and raising capital globally. He has a firm understanding of the financial markets and broad experience in utilizing diverse methods for public communications and raising capital.

President & CEO Mango Research and Management Inc., Strategic Advisor to Stuhini Exploration Ltd., director of Alpha Copper Corp., Pan American Energy Corp., Vulcan Resources and Legacy Lithium Corp. He served as Chair of the Association for Mineral Exploration BC’s Communications and Marketing committee from 2014-2018 and remains a committee member. He has sat on the Executive and Advisory Council for the Centre of Training Excellence in Mining since 2016. He was recently appointed as the first male board member onto the Women in Mining BC chapter.

Brandon Schwabe

Brandon Schwabe is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of corporate accounting and financial reporting experience.

He has served as Chief Financial Officer for several junior public companies in the natural resource sector. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting degree with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Michael Williams

Mr. Williams has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive within the mining industry.

He has served in all capacities of numerous publicly traded companies. Experience includes the structuring of, administrating, raising capital globally and marketing TSX listed companies. He has served as a director of Gold Hunter Resources Inc since October 30, 2019.

He was a Founder of Underworld Resources, which was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2010 for $138 million.

Mr. Williams is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Aftermath Silver and currently serves as a Director, President & CEO of Vendetta Mining. He is also Chairman of Vortex Metals & York Harbour Metals. He sits on the Boards of Fremont Gold.

John Theobald

Mr. Theobald is a mining executive with over 40 years of international experience in gold, base metals, and other minerals.

His career encompasses exploration, operations, management, investment management, royalty finance, and business development. Mr. Theobald has significant capital markets and board experience with companies listed on the LSE, CSE, TSX, TSXV, and ASX. He is a Director of Northwest Copper and previous positions include CEO of Anglo Pacific Group, an LSE and TSX listed royalty company. Director of High Peak Royalties, an ASX listed royalty company, and Chairman of First Coal which was successfully sold to Xstrata for CAD$147 million. Mr. Theobald is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) registered with the United Kingdom Engineering Council and has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from the University of Nottingham. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK) and Member of the Institute of Directors (UK). His career encompasses exploration, operations management, investment management, royalty finance, and business development. Mr. Theobald has significant capital markets and board experience.

Lew Lawrick

Lew Lawrick currently serves as the President and CEO of Magna Terra, as well as the Managing Director of Thorsen-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc.,

A private Toronto based merchant bank focused principally on the mineral industry. Mr. Lawrick is the Founder of Signal Gold Inc. (formerly Anaconda Mining Inc.). He served as President & CEO of Anaconda until 2010 and has served as an officer and/or director of several other private and public mining and mineral exploration companies, including Volta Resources Inc. (TSX), Franconia Minerals Corporation (TSX), Brionor Resources Inc. (formerly Normabec Mining Resources Ltd.) (TSX-V), and Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX-V). Mr. Lawrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCOM) from the University of Calgary.

Darrell Brown

Darrell Brown was the President and CEO of Long Range prior to its acquisition by Gold Hunter. He is a professional engineer (APEGA) with over 30 years of experience in the resource sector in Canada and South America.

He has been responsible for project management, exploration, drilling, regulatory compliance, negotiations, and operations. Mr. Brown is the principal of Metal-Ox Ventures Inc. and has previously served as a director and senior officer for four publicly traded companies.

He was formerly VP Operations of Lightning Energy Ltd., a junior oil and gas company that grew from 0 to 6,000 BOE/D, before being acquired two years after its startup in 2005. Mr. Brown also served as Director and VP Operations for Drilcorp Energy Ltd., a junior oil and gas producer that tripled its production before being acquired a year later in 2006.

Rory Kutluoglu

Over 20 years of exploration experience across
Europe, Africa, North & South America.

Rory began his professional career working on the team that discovered the Broken Hammer deposit in Sudbury for Wallbridge Mining. He then went on to conduct exploration for Aeroquest Surveys Limited, Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd., Goldfields Canada and Kiska Metals Corp. Most notably, Rory was Exploration Manager for Kaminak Gold Corporation from 2012 to 2015 as part of the team that delivered the maiden resource, positive preliminary economic assessment and positive feasibility study for the Coffee Gold Project in Yukon which was subsequently acquired by Goldcorp Inc (now Newmont) for $520 million. After that project, Rory has held executive suite roles for several exploration companies. Currently he consults to a number of private and public companies. Rory obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in
Geology from Lakehead University and has been a Professional Geoscientist, registered with The Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia since 2011, and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

James Rogers

15 years of international experience in the mining industry globally.

Was principal of Longford Exploration Services. Led multiple extensive exploration and drilling programs. Proven track record in successful M&A, marketing, and capital raising. From 2017 onwards, identified and vended over 100 resource properties to various public and private organizations. Led the successful vending of over 100 resource properties to various public and private organizations.

David Copeland

Nearly 30 years of experience in grassroots and advanced Exploration Projects in Canada and Australia.

David has held senior technical and corporate roles with several junior exploration companies, managing multi-million dollar annual budgets. He is currently the Chief Geologist with Signal Gold Inc. and a Geological Consultant with Magna Terra Minerals Inc. David holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in geology, specializing in structural geology, and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist in Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick. Notably, he was part of the team that expanded the Goldboro gold project from 0.8 to 3.1 Moz and contributed to the completion of its Feasibility Study.

Victor French

Mr. French has had a successful career in the mineral resource industry having been the lead geologist in identifying the mineral potential in several active exploration districts of Newfoundland & Labrador (NL).

Victor French holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist in Newfoundland and Labrador. He is also a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a life member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada. With an extensive Rolodex and comprehensive knowledge of Newfoundland’s mining sector, Victor’s expertise is a valuable asset in the field.
